As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
